Services for Annie Lee Hill will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dexter Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Annie Lee Hill died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, at Covenant Health and Rehab of Vicksburg. She was 71.

She retired as a machine operator from Batesville Casket Company. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Mahalia Scales; her husband, J.D. Hill Sr.; four brothers, Eddie Scales Jr., Willie Scales, Gene Scales and James Scales; and three sisters, Roberta Coker, Bertha Robinson and Mary Allen.

She is survived by five sons, Bobby Bowman, J.D. Hill Jr. and Johnny Hill, all of Vicksburg, Ronnie Bowman of Seattle and Michael Hill of Minneapolis; six daughters, Dorothy Adams of Pine Bluff, Ark., Diane Lee of Little Rock, Ark., and Shirley Sanders, Jeanie Frazier, Lisa Hill and Sandra Hill, all of Vicksburg; 22 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
