Have you ever tried to change a tire with the car in motion? Quite an impossible task, to say the least.

Most recently, the local Belk Store in our city has undergone major renovations. I entered the store on several occasions and was tempted to turn around but decided against doing so. Throughout the store, I was greeted and asked if I could be assisted in locating an item. I found associates on their knees organizing items on bottom shelves. I saw an associate manager pulling a cart loaded with boxes of items but she stopped to greet me. We talked briefly about the major renovations and I offered my encouragement.

I found customer service to be exceptional in the midst of the employees and management working diligently to change the tire with the car in motion.

If you have not visited the local Belk Store in our city, I encourage you to do so. To the managers, associates and team members, you are to be commended and thanked for all that you have given and will continue to give to our local store. It looks great.
