Barry Payne, a 2011 Warren County Master Gardener intern, works in a butterfly garden being planted downtown, near the Art Park at Catfish Row. The garden is the brainchild of the Master Gardeners, a program of the Mississippi State University Extension Service. The project was approved in September by the Vicksburg Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
