Kimberly Spears Carter, a Vicksburg native, has contributed to a book called “Passion and Purpose: Stories from the Best and Brightest Young Business Leaders.”

The book features essays from young business leaders and contributions from senior CEOs. The focus is trends that will shape the next generation of movers and shakers in the business world.

Carter, a 1994 graduate of Vicksburg High School, has a master’s degree in general management from Harvard Business School. She is an employee at Deloitte, Atlanta’s largest public accounting firm, and her focus is on talent and leadership development. Her parents, Albert and Rosemary Spears, live in Vicksburg.
