The Vicksburg Police Department will sponsor a toy drive to assist the Good Shepherd Community Center .

Organizations are encouraged to sponsor at least five children with a support amount of $75 per child or drop off new and unwrapped toys at the VPD, 820 Veto St. The police department also will pick up toys or monetary donations by contacting VPD Community Resource Officers, Angela Turner at 601-218-0412 or Danitta Reed at 601-218-7577. Checks should be made out to the GSCC. The GSCC is a non-profit organization that provides a holistic program for children, youths and families.
