PORT GIBSON — Carrie L. McCray died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011, at River Region Medical Center. She was 63.

Mrs. McCray was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Olivia Jenkins-Walker; and a brother, Charlie Walker Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Lee E. McCray of Port Gibson; a son, Edward L. McCray of Port Gibson; two daughters, Debra Williams and Larica McCray, both of Port Gibson; two brothers, Eddie Walker of Chicago and Jimmy Walker of Port Gibson; five sisters, Alma Weston and Bertha Walker, both of Chicago, Cynthia Walker and Wendy McCray, both of Port Gibson, and Fannie Smith of Jackson; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives, including Hannah Parker of Port Gibson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Burner M.B. Church with the Rev. Ray Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Phillips Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 5 today at Thompson Funeral Home of Port Gibson and Sunday at the church from 1 p.m. until the service.
