LeVonne Simmons died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at University Medical Center in Jackson. She was 63.

Born and reared in Vicksburg, she was a graduate of Vicksburg High School. She lived a number of years in Richland and Pearl before returning to Vicksburg. She owned and operated Consignors’ Boutique.

Survivors include two sons, Perry Simmons and J.J. Simmons, both of Pearl; one sister, Wilma Whatley of Houston, Texas; three brothers, Earl Thorpe, Jim Fields and Larry Winningham, all of Vicksburg; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home.
