The engagement of Kimberly Michelle Harris to Derrick Devon Thomas, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 5 p.m. Jan. 28, 2012, at St. Mary’s Center, formerly Baltes Gym. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Ms. Harris is the daughter of Barbara and Edward Goodman and John Henry Jones, all of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Mary Lou Harris.

Mr. Thomas is the son of Laura Ann Thomas and Jeffery Wilson, both of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Betty Wilson of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect attended Warren Central High School and is employed at McAlister’s Deli.

The prospective groom attended Warren Central High School and is employed at Jake’s Auto Repair.
