Louisiana woman jailed on warrant

A Louisiana woman was in the Warren County Jail Saturday night charged with credit card fraud, jail records showed.

Jessica Hooker, 23, 1805 Scott St., Winnsboro, La., was arrested on a warrant at 6 p.m. Friday in Franklin Parish, La., after a Nov. 21 complaint filed in Vicksburg.

She was being held on a $20,000 bond.
