Fog shrouds the river front area downtown at 8 am on Monday in Vicksburg. Fog was visible around Vicksburg throughout the morning hours. The National Weather Service predicts a 90 percent chance of rainfall tonight with a possibility of Thunderstorms. Up to half an inch of new rainfall is possible. .
