Two Warren County residents were charged Friday with possession of controlled substance-precursors and manufacturing a controlled substance, jail records showed.

April M. Hynum, 29, 684 Kirkland Road, and Dustin Hull, 41, 1239 Boy Scout Road, were arrested by deputy Jason Bailess at 5:51 p.m.

Hynum and Hull were in the Warren County Jail without bond pending their initial hearings in justice court.
