In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Jeffery Kennedy, 35, 215 Blue Creek Drive, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to five years of probation, a $3,000 fine and $622.50 in costs. Kennedy was arrested Nov. 12, 2010.
