An accused city drug dealer was arrested this morning and held without bail.

Larry Parsons, 24, 2909 Arcadia Place, was arrested at 5:03 a.m. and charged with sale of cocaine as a result of an undercover investigation in his neighborhood, police Capt. Bobby Stewart said.

Parsons was being held this morning at Vicksburg Police Department awaiting his initial court appearance.
