James Harold Smoots

James Harold Smoots died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Veterans Administration Medical Center in Jackson. He was 64.

Mr. Smoots was a veteran of the Army.

Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
