AUBURN, Ga. — Terry Lynn May Prescott died Monday, March 5, 2012, in Auburn, Ga. She was 44.
Born in Vicksburg, she was a former resident of Vicksburg and had been a resident of Auburn since 2002. Terry Lynn was a graduate of Warren Central High School and was formerly employed by the New Orleans Café. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend.
Terry Lynn was a Christian believer.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Prescott of Auburn; two sons, Sebron Earl “Sebo” May II and his fiancée, Katie Chavis, of Auburn, and Raymond Prescott Jr. of Vicksburg; one daughter, Christi Prescott of Vicksburg; her mother, Shirley May of Vicksburg; a sister, Stacy May Acuff of Vicksburg; five grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Jenny Hayes, Billy Hayes Jr., Shirley Hayes, Bo Wells and Red Baggett.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sebron Earl May; her paternal grandparents, Red and Dot May; and her maternal grandparents, Pewee and Ginny Emrick.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Burch, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the service.
Pallbearers will be Shan Woods, Timmy Harrison, Ricky Hollowell, Bo Wells, Joseph Acuff, Richard May, Joel Williamson and Greg Kurtz.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Williamson and Joe Edwards.
