I have known George Flaggs as a personal friend and as a constituent of his district. I have not always agreed with every vote George has cast, but whenever I have asked him the hows and whys of any vote, he always explains his position and he has never lied to me.

George was elected as a Democrat, but he serves all the people of his district. His job is to vote in the best interest of his district and the State of Mississippi. His job is not to kowtow to the Democratic Party.

It was a cheap shot of Lance Stevens and Joey Diaz Jr. to run a political ad against him. If they don’t like how he votes, then they need to get a candidate to run against him and let that candidate go toe-to-toe against him and take the heat.

It’s easy to take a shot if you aren’t the one who has to run in the next election against him.
