Avery Harris uses a crane to lift part of a tree weighing an estimated 2,300 pounds from the side of Porters Chapel Road while working to clean up storm damage around the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Research and Development Center’s Information Technology Laboratory Friday. The National Weather Service reported an EF-2 tornado hit Warren County on Wednesday. The storm knocked down trees and caused power outages.
