Convicted of driving under the influence of a substance other than alcohol in Warren County Justice Court:

• Kayla Dean Counts, no age available, 600 St. Bernard St, Delta, was fined $477.

Convicted DUI first offense in Warren County Justice Court:

• Rhod Lavell Hayes, 58, 411 Sunflower St., Bastrop, La., was fined $677.

• Edward Clifton Moore Jr., no age available, 420 Mosley Gap Road, was fined $677.

• William J. Thigpen II, no age available, 13401 U.S. 61 North, was fined $677.
