PORT GIBSON — Earlean W. Bridges died Friday, March 23, 2012, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was 86.

Mrs. Bridges was a member of Mercy Seat Baptist Church, where she was a member of the mother board. She was a retired housekeeper.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bridges; her parents, Earl and Marie Crowder Wilson; and a brother, Leroy Wilson.

Survivors include her two daughters, Sally Rayford of Port Gibson and Dorothy Ward of Atlanta; two brothers, Richard Wilson of Port Gibson and Walter Wilson of Ridge Crest, Calif.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Port Gibson with the Rev. Frank McGriggs officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home in Port Gibson.
