Volunteers with the United Way of West Central Mississippi work this morning at Post Plaza to greet others who were to fan out throughout the day for community service projects. Setting up today are, from left, Charlie Tolliver, Carlotta Ferguson and Grangerette Haynes. About 300 volunteers were to be dispatched to area organizations including Good Shepherd Community Center, Grace Christian Counseling Center, Haven House, The Salvation Army and the Vicksburg-Warren Humane Society.
