Alyssa Engel won the long jump, Nicole Hayward the triple jump and Maggie Waites the pole vault to lead St. Aloysius to a strong performance in the girls Region 4-1A meet Saturday at Madison Central.

The trio of gold medalists were among 11 top-three finishers for the Lady Flashes.

In the boys’ meet, Mack Davidson won the 800 and 1,600 meter runs for St. Al. Luke Eckstein was first in the 3,200 meters.
