Miss James to marry Mr. Calbert on May 26

The engagement of Tameka Deon James to Robert L. Calbert Jr., both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 4:30 p.m. May 26, 2012, at Cedar Grove M.B. Church. A reception will follow at the Knights of Columbus. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Miss James is the daughter of Willie and Shirley Walker and the late Dannye L. Hall. She is the granddaughter of Flora Hall and the late Louis Hall, the late Adam and Flora Walker, the late Sadie L. James and the late Henry McGee.
Mr. Calbert is the son of Robert Calbert Sr. and Jacqueline and Raymond Parson. He is the grandson of Juanita McKenzie and the late Isaac Calbert Sr.
The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Warren Central High School, where she was a member of FBLA and FCA. She attended Hinds Community College.
Miss James is employed at Riverwalk Casino.
The prospective groom is a 1994 graduate of Monroe High School. He attended Mississippi Valley State University.
Mr. Calbert is employed at Riverwalk Casino.
