Miss Hill, Mr. Staples to marry

The engagement of Jennifer Marie Hill to Larry L. Staples, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 4 p.m. June 16, 2012, at Mount Zion No. 1 M.B. Church. A reception will follow at the VFW on Monroe Street. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Miss Hill is the daughter of Elizabeth Loving and the late Jolly William Loving of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Condonia and Abraham Dolley of Redwood.
Mr. Staples is the son of Mammie Bailey of Columbus. He is the grandson of Lizzy and Linzey Staples of Columbus.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Warren Central High School, where she was a member of FTA and Drama Club and served with Special Olympics.
She attended Alcorn State University, where she was a member of Sigma Alpha Theta honor society.
Miss Hill is a teacher’s aide at Kings Head Start Center.
The prospective groom graduated with honors in 1989 from Motley High School in Columbus.
Mr. Staples is employed with Hoover’s Electric & Plumbing in Greenwood.
