The Rev. and Mrs. Roger Collins Sr. of Byram announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Rebecca, to Timothy Wayne Warren. Mr. Warren is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Warren of Vicksburg.

Miss Collins is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Oral Collins of Lenox, Mass., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Sievert of Appleton, Wis.

Mr. Warren is the grandson of Jewel Warren and the late Norman Warren of Philadelphia, Miss., and Martha Mashburn and the late Frank Mashburn of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect is a 2009 homeschool graduate. She is a junior at Mississippi State University, where she is studying interior design and will graduate in 2013.

The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Porters Chapel Academy. He received a degree in secondary mathematics education from Mississippi State University in 2010.

Mr. Warren is employed at Louisville High School, where he teaches geometry, trigonometry and pre-calculus.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m. June 16, 2012, at Providence Presbyterian Church in Clinton. A reception will follow.
