• Kelly Alicia Hynum has received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Marylhurst University. A Port Gibson native, she is a Vicksburg resident and is the daughter of Ronnie and Judy Hynum of Port Gibson. She works as a paginator for The Vicksburg Post and is a contract specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
