Stephanie Elizabeth Potin Marshall

GREENVILLE — Stephanie Elizabeth “Beth” Potin Marshall died Tuesday, May 15, 2012, in Issaquena County. She was 41.

Beth was born in Greenville and graduated from Washington School and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. She then returned to Greenville and was a carpet designer for U.S. Axminster. She married John Marshall, making their home in Vicksburg where she continued freelance design. In 2009, she returned to Greenville and became the activities director at Washington Care Center, where she showed great compassion and dearly loved all the residents. Beth was a member of First Baptist Church in Vicksburg.

She is survived by two daughters, Faith Nicole Marshall and Hope Michelle Marshall, both of Vicksburg; her parents, David and Louise Potin of Greenville; and two sisters, Michelle Moore of Greenville and Amy Azar of Chattanooga, Tenn.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012, at First Baptist Church Chapel in Greenville. Burial will be at Greenville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 tonight at the funeral home.
