Vicksburg Gas Department worker William Erves stops traffic on Washington Street as workers replace a section of a low pressure gas line Thursday. According to Vicksburg Gas Department supervisor James Beamon the gas department expects to complete the project, which stretches from Bridge Street to Bowmar Avenue, by the end of June.
