Several players with Mississippi ties were selected in the second day of the MLB draft on Tuesday.
The draft ends today and picks have until July 13 to sign with their teams.
Ole Miss had three players picked Tuesday, as junior second baseman Alex Yarbrough, senior first baseman Matt Snyder and junior left-hander Dylan Chavez.
Yarbrough was taken in the fourth round by the Los Angeles Angels. Snyder was selected in the 10th round by the New York Yankees and Dylan Chavez by the Boston Red Sox in the 14th round of the draft.
The trio brings the total number of draft selections under Ole Miss coach Mike Bianco to 67 in the past 12 seasons.
