Mr. Keen, Miss Landers are married in Satartia

Thomas Wade Keen and Amber Lynell Landers were married at 4 p.m. March 24, 2012, at Emmaus Retreat Center at No Mistake Plantation in Satartia. The Rev. Michael Herrin officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David G. Landers of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hilderbrand and the late Willie Mae Hilderbrand and Samuel Landers and the late Elsie G. Landers, all of Vicksburg.

The groom is the son of Philip Keen and Linda Keen, both of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of B. Roy Moore, the late Mr. and Mrs. Gene Floyd and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas M. Keen.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen colors were truffle and guava.

Matron of honor was Karlie South Emerson of Vicksburg. Bridesmaids were Erin Evans Mathews and Amy Beach Anderson, both of Vicksburg.

Gillis Peligram of Houma, La., served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Milburn of Eagle Lake and Cole Landers of Vicksburg.

Ushers were Alex Bell of Collinsville and Donavan Keen of Vicksburg.

Flower girls were Anzley Keen and Bellamy Bailey, both of Vicksburg. Ring bearers were Donavan Keen and Tyler Keen of Vicksburg.

A reception followed the ceremony.

The couple will make their home in Vicksburg. The groom is employed with the City of Vicksburg.
