Devon Charleston, 15, a rising ninth-grader at Warren Central High School, jumps a flight of steps at the Children’s Art Park at Catfish Row on Mulberry Street near City Front. Devon is the son of Kristi Lalak. The City of Vicksburg has announced plans to build a skate park near City Park, off Lee and Drummond streets.
