Erica Fleming and Ocie Brown Jr. will be married at 4:30 p.m. July 7, 2012, at Waterloo Baptist Church in Lorman. A reception will follow at the Ecology Building on the Alcorn State University campus.

Miss Fleming is the daughter of Carl and Wanda Fleming of Lorman. She is the granddaughter of Louise Cameron and the late Q.T. Cameron and the late Carl Lee Christian and Frances G. Fleming.

Mr. Brown is the son of Ocie Brown Sr. and Artis Brown, both of Port Gibson. He is the grandson of the late Rev. Mannie and Ethel Isaac and the late Buster and LeGrand Brown.

The bride-elect attended Port Gibson High School and Alcorn State University. She is a fourth-grade teacher at A.W. Watson Elementary in Port Gibson and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Port Gibson High School and Alcorn State University. He is a sixth-grade teacher at Port Gibson Middle School and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
