Howard Hendren Hennessey and Amy Lyn Waldron were married at noon June 9, 2012, in a private ceremony in Steamboat Springs, Colo.

The bride is the daughter of Howard Dennis Waldron Jr. and Pamela Hoyt Waldron of Seymour, Conn. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dennis Waldron Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoyt.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Albert Hennessey of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hendren Hennessey and the late Dr. Ernest Emwin Howard Jr. and Joy Howard Harkins, all of Vicksburg.

The couple will make their home in Des Moines, Iowa.
