Sarah Enearse Richardson

PHILADELPHIA — Services for Sarah Enearse Richardson will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012, from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Wayne Hill and Dr. Mike Carr officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarlawn Cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Richardson, 92, died Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Neshoba County General Hospital in Philadelphia.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and a longtime Philadelphia resident. She was retired from Wells-Lamont Corporation in Philadelphia as an inspector.

Mrs. Richardson was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Guiding Lights Senior Adult Group and a member of Senior One Sunday school class. She was an avid quilter all of her life.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Collins (Bill) of Vicksburg; sons, Willie Hays Richardson (Creasey), Edward Richardson (June) and Harold Richardson (Glenda), all of Philadelphia; son-in-law, Johnny Williamson of Brandon; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred; and daughter, Annie Laura Williamson.

Visitation will be held tonight, July 13, 2012, from 5 until 8 at McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia.
