I am a Vicksburger living at Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. Each day, when my newspaper, The Vicksburg Post, arrives, I look in vain for a picture of the Mississippi River, on the front page, showing this historic low level.

I think you have overlooked the photo of the year by not showing the river to the public, who for one reason or another, can’t get to the river to view it.

Please send a photographer to the bridges to get it now.
