In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Kenneth Leroy McAfoos, 57, no address available, was found guilty of violating probation from a 2009 conviction for robbery and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to Hinds County Restitution Center until the balance of delinquent fines and fees totaling $1,509.50 is paid. McAfoos was indicted in October 2008.

• George Banks, 41, 1326 Grove St., was found guilty of violating probation from a 2011 conviction for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance and sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to eight years in prison followed by four years’ probation. Banks was indicted in May 2011.

• Adolph Carson, 38, 106 Kelly Circle, Apt. A, was found guilty of violating probation from a 2009 conviction for forgery and sentenced by Patrick to six years in prison and $3,685.34 in fines and fees. Carson was indicted in January 2009.

• Matthew J. Duke, 29, 7944 Jeff Davis Road, was found guilty of violating probation from a 2010 conviction for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to 10 years in prison to include six years of extended alcohol and drug treatment and $1,138.50 in delinquent fines and costs.

• Joseph Antonio Hall, 41, 903 Polk St., pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court program for a period not to exceed five years, a $1,000 fine and $1,309.50 in costs. Hall was indicted in May.

• Albert McLaurin, 44, 3503 1/2 Oak St., pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Patrick to 179 days in jail followed by five years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $2,500 restitution and $384.50 in costs.

• Marsha Ann Reid, 56, 2097 Grange Hall Road, pleaded guilty to prescription fraud and was sentenced by Chaney to time served and five years’ probation, a $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Reid was indicted in October.

• Dominic Turner, 22, 202 Easy St., was found guilty of violating a suspended sentence for possession of a stolen firearm and sentenced to five years in prison. Turner was indicted in May 2011.

In Issaquena County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Reginald Barnes, 24, 874 N. Theobald St., Greenville, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced to Hinds County Restitution Center until the balance of delinquent fines and fees totaling $909.29 is paid. Barnes was indicted in 2007.

In Sharkey County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Derrick Jackson, 29, no street address, Anguilla, was found guilty of violating nonadjudicated probation order from 2011 for grand larceny and attempted grand larceny and sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by two years of house arrest and three years of probation. Jackson was indicted in January 2011.
