Dr. and Mrs. James Emory Hall of Brookhaven announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Madeleine Street, to Dr. Jason Reid Brown of Ridgeland. Dr. Brown is the son of Dr. and Mrs. William H. Cooke III of Starkville and the late Ben F. Brown.

Miss Hall is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jewel Hilton Campbell of Brookhaven and the late Dr. and Mrs. Donald Street Hall of Vicksburg.

Dr. Brown is the grandson of Mary Ann Bowen of Oxford and the late Buddy Bowen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Brown of Jackson.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in insurance and risk management.

Miss Hall is employed with The Fisher Brown of Botrell Insurance Agency of Trustmark Bank.

The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he received a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.

Dr. Brown is employed with Reservoir Dental Group and Yazoo City Dental Clinic.

Vows will be exchanged at 6 p.m. Aug. 18, 2012, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Brookhaven. A reception will follow at the home of the bride’s parents. All family and friends are invited to attend.
