A Vicksburg man accused of selling cocaine was arrested this morning as he received word he would not go to trial in another case.

Keith Craig, 23, 1414 Greenhill Road, was arrested at 9 a.m. today at Warren County Courthouse where he was appearing in court, Deputy Chief John Dolan said.

Craig was receiving information that he had not been indicted by the grand jury when he was arrested, the District Attorney’s Office said. Information about the case was not available this morning, but Craig was arrested in May on two counts of attempted aggravated assault and shooting into an occupied vehicle.

The cocaine arrest is a result of a complaint of drug activity in the 1600 block of South Street, Dolan said.

Craig was held without bail this morning awaiting his initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court.
