Vicksburg Police Patrolman Ricky Davis Jr. prepares a report at Clark Fastway at Clay and Cherry streets Monday after a Splash Transport 18-wheeler ran into a low-hanging telephone line. Vicksburg Police Sgt. Penny Jones said no charges were filed against the driver and no damages were reported to the telephone line. Parts of the parking lot were blocked for about an hour while the line was taken off the 18-wheeler.
