The engagement of Christy Evelean Lewis to Keith Eric Neal, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. The wedding will be at 3 p.m. Sept. 22, 2012, at Porters Chapel M.B. Church, 4375 Halls Ferry Road. A reception will follow at the Knights of Columbus. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Lewis is the daughter of Ilean and Nathan Linzy and Joe Givens. She is the granddaughter of Paline Lewis, the late Willie “Bill” Lewis IV and Evelyn Givens.

Mr. Neal is the son of Katie Neal and Columbus and Iris Neal. He is the grandson of Mary Frances Reed and Ira Reed.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Vicksburg High School. She is a bartender at Cedar Grove Mansion and a cashier at Super Junior Express.

The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Warren Central High School. He is employed at Batesville Casket Co.
