A Vicksburg man is accused of aggravated domestic violence after shots were fired from a .22-caliber rifle during an argument at his house early Tuesday morning, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.

He said Aogu Namihira, 34, 100 Freeman Lane, was arrested on a county warrant at about 7 p.m. Tuesday.

He was in the Warren County Jail without bond awaiting an initial appearance in justice court.

Pace said the shooting occurred about 1 a.m. Tuesday, but it was not reported to deputies until later in the day.

No injuries were reported, Pace said.
