The engagement of Justine Marie Guerra Lotilla and Bradley Cooper Blackmon, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. Oct. 6, 2012, at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center chapel. A reception will follow at the center.

Miss Lotilla is the daughter of the late Edbert J. and Maria Elena G. Lotilla of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Santiago A. and Paz J. Lotilla and the late Juanita and Romeo J. Guerra Sr.

Mr. Blackmon is the son of Mickey and Cynthia Blackmon of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Jack and Wilma Cooper of Vicksburg and the late Wallace and Elizabeth Blackmon.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Vicksburg High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She is assistant manager at Gap Outlet.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Vicksburg High School. He is project manager at Electro Mechanical Solutions Inc.
