Sina Channell died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Heritage House Retirement Center. She was 88.

Mrs. Channell was born in Dentville, Miss., and lived most of her life in Vicksburg. She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Bluff Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Channell Sr.; a son, Lawrence Channell Jr.; and a grandson.

Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Channell and Billy Ray Channell, both of Vicksburg; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Pine Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery in Dentville with the Rev. Marvin Curtis officiating.

Pallbearers will be Austin Hasty and Hunter Hasty.
