Brayleigh Smith, the 5-year-old daughter of Chaz Smith and Jessica Barlow of Columbus, Ill., is being the little helper by arranging pumpkins and fall flowers on the front steps and porch of her grandparents’ home in the 3500 block of Washington Street. The National Weather Service is forecasting clear skies all day today with temperatures climbing to about 90 degrees.
