The second annual Mall-O-Ween Trick-or-Treat is planned to run from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Vicksburg Mall, 3505 Pemberton Square Blvd. Participating store employees will be dressed in Halloween costumes and will hand out candy to children. For more information, call 601-618-7806.
