A Kansas City Southern Railway freight train heads out of the sunset east across the U.S. 80 bridge over the Mississippi River Tuesday. The cool temperatures in the city since the weekend are expected to warm up to the 80s by the coming weekend, but the skies are predicted by the National Weather Service to stay clear, even for tonight’s trick-or-treating from 6 to 8.
