A Warren County man accused of driving under the influence was held without bail today.
John Harris, 53, 1217 Standard Hill Road, was arrested and charged with DUI third offense at 5:54 p.m. Monday, Sheriff Martin Pace said.
Harris was driving a 1995 Dodge Dakota north on U.S. 61 near Sherman Avenue when he was stopped by Deputy Ray Thompson for a traffic violation, Pace said.
Harris, who has been convicted twice of DUI, was believed to be under the influence, but refused a breath test, Pace said.
Harris was held without bail this morning in the Warren County Jail.
