PATTISON — Louisa Green Nicholas died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at River Region Medical Center. She was 93.

Mrs. Nicholas was a member of Forrest Grove Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Enos Nicholas; a daughter, Celia Nicholas; and her parents, Bennie and Henrietta Green.

Survivors include five sons, Bennie Nicholas of Fayette, Henry Nicholas of Philadelphia, Pa., Enos Nicholas and Eddie Nicholas, both of Pattison, and Charles Nicholas of Joliet, Ill.; four daughters, Ruby Barnes and Annie Odoms, both of Pattison, Lillie Combs of Joliet, Ill., and Pauline Pope of New York; 44 grandchildren; 112 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends including Delores Green Brooks of Texas.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Christian Church in Lorman with the Rev. Columbus Felton officiating. Burial will follow at Forrest Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 1 until 6 at Thompson Funeral Home in Port Gibson and Saturday at the church from noon until the service.
