It’s been a month since Alcorn State played a game on the Reservation.

It’s been a long, hard road trip.

The Braves lost the last two of three consecutive road games, including last week’s 33-9 setback against Mississippi Valley State. Their hopes of a surprise run to the Southwestern Athletic Conference’s Western Division championship went by the wayside, as did their shot of a winning season.
