The 8th annual tree lighting at the Outlets at Vicksburg is planned to run from 3 to 8 p.m. Nov. 17.

Events include complimentary carriage rides at 3 p.m., performances by local dance groups and choirs at 5 p.m. and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Clause at 5:45 p.m.
