PORT GIBSON — Maxine Lewis Noble died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at River Region Medical Center. She was 66.

Mrs. Noble was a member of St. Peter A.M.E. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Virgie Davis-Lewis; one brother; and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel Noble of Port Gibson; two sons, Michael Hall of Waynesboro and Christopher Noble of Gautier; seven grandchildren; and other relatives and friends including Dante Hall of Port Gibson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter A.M.E. Church in Port Gibson with the Rev. John Quinn officiating. Burial will be at noon Friday at Moody Chapel Cemetery in McLain. Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. Wednesday at Thompson Funeral Home and Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
